Dear (potential) Garage Club member, 

Ever since I started racing a Mini in the ‘60s, I wanted a “shed” of my own... somewhere I could store my tools and spares, and somewhere I could spend my evenings or weekends “pottering” with my toys. During that time, I was aware that like minded friends were looking for somewhere to store their stuff (the lucky ones had space at home).

Subsequently, for years I have dreamt of having my own storage shed, especially in a secure compound where like-minded enthusiasts (whether they be petrolheads, boaties, or other hobbyists) could gather in the weekend and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded people.

It has taken many years for me to gain my own toyshop, but now having fully developed the concept that has become Garage Club, you have the opportunity to take advantage of this offer to become a member of the Club. You can own your own garage, and share the clubrooms with other owners for special occasions on a Sunday afternoon (watching the Motor Racing!) or simply socialise with others whenever you feel like it.

And, even if you don’t yet own your own property, this is a fantastic opportunity to own a piece of industrial real estate, which you can choose to keep, let, or sell. Buying two could be an option, own two, lease one, and use the other.
